Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepinder Singh Nalwa

His Lordship was born on 8.6.1970 in Srinagar, J&K. He completed his early education from Shivalik Public School, Mohali. After completing graduation in Law in the year 1994, got enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and started practising in the same year at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. His Lordship was appointed as Assistant Advocate General in the office of Advocate General, Punjab in the year 2003 and later on appointed as Deputy Advocate General in the office of Advocate General, Haryana in the year 2005. Thereafter, his Lordship was appointed as Additional Advocate General, Haryana in the year 2006 and served as such till 2025. His Lordship mostly handled constitutional, service and labour matters. His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on February 17, 2025.
